Year 2010

President
Jeff Bettinson, CPM

Jeff Bettinson has worked for Woodbury Corporation since he began his career in property management over 8 years ago. Jeff earned his CPM in April of 2007 and currently manages over 1.1 million square feet of property which includes office and retail. Jeff was the recipient of various IREM scholarships including the prestigious Paul H. Rittle scholarship in September of 2006. Jeff has previously served as a co-chairman of the IREM Programs Committee and Chairman of the Education Committee.

President Elect
Duncan Lambert, CPM

Duncan has spent over 20 years in the Property Management Industry. He recently joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2008 as a Senior Property manager where he currently manages over 1 million square feet of office and retail space. He has served on the IREM Executive Committee for several years as the Public Relations Chairman.

Secretary-Treasurer
Jolene Terry Phinney, CPM

Jolene currently is the Commercial Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest Region with Trinity Property Consultants based in San Francisco & Newport Beach, California. She currently is managing shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial parks and flex buildings in Spokane, Boise, Albuquerque and the Salt Lake Valley.

Jolene has been involved in Property Management in Utah for the past 25 years, working for both 3rd Party Management Companies of CB Richard Ellis, Commerce CRG and Pinnacle Realty Management Company; along with companies owning their own properties of Woodbury Corporation, Lake Pointe Management & Development and Westland Enterprises. Previous management assignments have been in Idaho, Montana, Arizona, Nevada and Utah.

Jolene is married to Mike Phinney and has a daughter, son-in-law & three grandchildren in Indiana. She has a Business Management degree from Southern Utah University and enjoys traveling. Jolene has served on the Executive Council of the IREM Utah Chapter as the IREM Foundation Chairman and the Public Relations Chairman. She is looking forward to serving in the Utah IREM Chapter Leadership for many years to come.
